My experience is built over 25+ years of work in the tricky area between the commercial domain and the technical domain. These domains must link closely together in order to achieve success in complex undertakings.
But this is where communication, collaboration and mutual understanding of commercial and technical aspects can be challenging and many things can go wrong. When things go wrong the result is always huge extra costs, delays, disappointment and loss of value.
Having held senior positions in some of the big international management consulting firms and in top management, I have spent 25 years in the advisory role delivering robust solutions in this particular field to over 100 international programmes and projects.
I provide specialised advisory and execution support to boards, stakeholders, top management, organisations, programmes and projects in the private and public sectors.
I work on a consulting basis, interim hire, or as a subcontractor through other management consulting firms and engineering consulting firms.
The services I offer (introduced below) are all interrelated and complementary, and therefore often coupled in the work I do.
